Kevin J Services has upgraded its accounting software for 2021. This change comes in harmony with the business name change, going from a sole-proprietorship to an LLC. That was not the only reason, however.
In making the switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online, the business is now in a position to hire employees and keep track of payments made to sub-contractors, something they could not do with the previous accounting software.
Kevin J Services hopes the upgrade in price will be offset with QuickBooks Online invoice automation features, here is why.
- The accounting department no longer has to manually send unpaid invoice reminders until they are past 30 days due
- Recurring Invoices are now available, freeing up staff labor to do other tasks
- 8 days into changing the software, the business has already seen late invoices paid up to date and faster overall payments made before they become late.
- Invoices now come with payment terms with late fees applied.
